With all of the talk about how high the unemployment rate is.....the understatement with those who have quit trying and those who are underemployed one would think that it should be very easy to hire good individuals. Well let me tell you.......and without mentioning my employer....we can't find enough. I have decent starting jobs with benefits.....medical, vacation, paid Holidays, and 401k's. It should be easy right? Well maybe unemployment isn't actually what we think. I cannot find enough individuals who can pass a simple drug test, they falsify their applications, and whatever else individuals can do not to get hired.
Is anyone else out there finding similar circumstances....and what is everyone doing about it?
